Standard AS-interface Power Supplies can only be used in a segment. So the answer is no. However some Power Supplies now allow seperate supply terminals with isolation. These could supply two masters.

Dear md.ali972
Please read my answer fully. Using standard AS-i Power supply without additional chokes, the answer is No, I did this as a safe gaurd, however I did carry on to state it is possible with special dual circuit Power supplies or additional hardware. Without such you should always have a seperate Power supply per segment not just Masters.

This was a quick answer during a test phase of old postings. Sorry it was not clearer enough for you.

I have requested for your signuture to be ammended or your posting to be deleted. Your signuture is an pointing to a WEB site. This forum is not for advertising. The mention of UK member AS-interface products and services are acceptable.

Dear Sirs,

there is also the possibility to have the data decoupling unit of the AS-Interface power supply built into the master and using one of those per master you can power many masters out of one power supply, considering always the power consuption of your AS-i circuit and the power output of your supply.
Bihl+Wiedemann has some Masters that integrate the data decoupling unit in it.

Kind Regards,
